Romeo’s busy Saturday

Whew!  What a busy Saturday!  I had a really fun day today.  I did a lot of playing in the back yard and running around.  I got running really really fast and Niko, my foster brother was chasing me and he couldn’t keep up!  He kept barking and barking at me to try to slow down, but I just kept running.  I ran behind all of the bushes and just ran and ran!

Then my mom’s friend came over and she brought this HUGE black dog.  I guess he’s a black lab.  He was nice, but I wasn’t too playful.  I like to get to know the dogs and people I play with before I get super playful.  Tomorrow there is a schanuzer get together and I am really looking forward to making my debut with MSPMSR and to playing with the dogs there.

Oh- and one more thing… *get this!*  Today, I went down to the kennel, and I picked up a new toy I had never played with before (mom calls it the broccoli squeaky toy).  I brought it upstairs and I played with it!  This playing with toys thing is cool.  I also played a lot with my rawhide sheet.  It’s in my mouth in the picture here, but it really just looks like I’m smiling (which I was, too!).
