Alice in wonderful land!
Hi, I am the dog formerly know as Tara. My new name is Alice because my foster mom could not remember the name I came with, and she thought I looked more like an Alice anyway. You can call me whatever name you like as long as you have a treat for me.
I was a bit nervous when I got to the foster home, but I quickly came around when I saw all the fun the other schnauzers were having together. I will be staying with Luke the dog (you can find his story under happy ending), 2 human children, 2 adult humans, a noisy lovebird and 1 fish.
Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am 1 ½years old, house trained, crate trained, enjoy car trips and I love to snuggle. I will be learning the basics commands while I am with my foster family. I will also be learning how to be more relaxed and less mouthy.
Well it’s time to walk the human; I will keep you updated on how my journey is going.

Hi Alice, we will change your name on petfinder. It is funny Mom forgot your name and how perfect is Alice? We just got 3 boy dogs named Axel, Abel, and Ace in rescue on Friday.
Luke will teach you lots of things. He is such a great dog and a good foster brother for you. Your foster Mom has helped many dogs so be a good listener because she has lots of good advice.
Have fun in St. louis Park and maybe Scooter can see you when we get back from vacation?

Dear Alice,
You must have scored big time to land at Lukey’s House. We know you’ll love it and your Foster Momma is sooooo nice. We hope you find a forever home but we sure are glad to have you in the neighborhood. Come over for a haircut and drink soon.
