Callie

From her foster Mom:  Meet Callie….short for Lake Calhoun!  She is a sweetheart…and has pretty much taken over the house.  She is my shadow… She is getting pretty spoiled, especially because I got really sick so I have been home and with her for 24 hours a day since she came home with me.

She is ….eating well, sleeping on my head and spending the day with me as a lap dog.  She has figured out her place in the “schnauzer pile” which is Lisa, the dogs and one chair.

Very little room for me in the chair but everyone else is comfortable. I sit one side, Schroeder is my lap, Brigitte on my legs and Callie is squished between me and the side of the chair. What a fun experience to see her get used to our house….

I finally heard her bark for the first time today…scared herself so much she ran and hid…she is loving the yard and on both sides of us neighbors have dogs….they bark and say hello each time they go outside.
