Carl got adopted by his Foster Family!
This foster family wasn’t thrilled to be at the Meet and Greet! The reason was that Carl just happened into this foster family’s home with some perfect timing. Their elder dog might be leaving them soon and the younger dog Joe and foster brother Carl got along wonderfully. They were not anxious to see Carl leave them.
Their expanded family has now two human girls that love him very much. His new Dad also bonded with Carl. The foster Mom couldn’t imagine life without Carl. He found his forever home, right there with his foster family. There were many tears of joy when they were told Carl could stay with them forever.
